”Growing Up With Jesus Twice”

When we were children many of us knew that Jesus loved us. As an adult are you as certain about Jesus’ love for you? What would cause uncertainty when once upon a time we were so sure? Might it be our years of pain, abuse, choices, and tragedy?

“Growing Up With Jesus Twice” is a seminar designed to show you how Jesus looks at your life of pain, trauma, choices, and experiences that may cause you to wonder if Jesus loves you. Jesus thinks the same of you as an adult as when you were an innocent child (Malachi 3:6). We’ll also see from the Bible the choices that Jesus recommends you make so you can trust Jesus with your life.

“Growing Up With Jesus Twice” explains from the Bible how to grow up with Jesus again as an adult, and how to retrieve our child-like faith so we can spiritually grow up and mature. He wants to show us how He looks at our lives and what He recommends we do to trust Jesus which provides us eternal life with Him.

“Growing Up With Jesus Twice” asks the question in Romans 8:35 about who or what shall separate us from Jesus’ love? We do not have to be separated from Jesus because we can be survivors and conqueror these situations through Jesus who loves us (verses 37-39). But, it is our choice to allow God to help us overcome!

Jesus wants His children to abide in Him so that when He returns to take us home that we may be confident and not be ashamed (I John 2:28)! Certainly Jesus wants His grown children to live in confidence without shame every day!

“Growing Up With Jesus Twice” brings the hearts of people together and is a very personal experience between attendees and Jesus. It is still true that Jesus loves each adult as much today as He loved you when you were a child.

Jesus said, “If I be lifted up I will draw everyone to Me” (John 12:32). Choices International claims this promise for your church. Jesus’ perspective provides what is necessary so we can “press toward the mark” in our lives (Philippians 3:14), and to have life eternal which is to know and trust Jesus Christ (John 17:3)!

Who to invite: You are encouraged to invite teens, children, backslidden members, non-attending members, interests, friends, and neighbors to attend your church’s Abundant Choices Seminar. “Growing Up With Jesus Twice” is not denominational specific.
